Happy Halloween everyone! Nunavummiut children will be out on the roads trick-or-treating tonight so be extra careful. Several Nunavut MLAs took the time to wish everyone an enjoyable evening including Iqaluit-Tasiluk MLA George Hickes who pointed out the roads of Iqaluit are slick from rain and wet snow which makes it extra dangerous for drivers, and young children in costume. Hudson Bay MLA Allan Rumbolt said though he won’t be home tonight, he wished everyone in Sanikiluaq a safe and happy night of spooks and candy. (PHOTO BY THOMAS ROHNER)
