Solomon Uyarasuk and fellow Artcirq performer Terry Uyaruk, taken from footage used in the Arnait Video Productions documentary “Sol.” The emotional, week-long coroner’s inquest into the 2012 death of Uyarasuk in police custody heard final testimony from witnesses Nov. 28. The six-person jury of local community members is expected to return from deliberations later this afternoon with recommendations on how best to prevent similar deaths in the future.
