Photo: Inuit women’s org wraps up MMIW consultation meeting

Rebecca Kudloo, the president of Pauktuutit, presents a gift to Deborah Kigjugalik Webster Feb. 12, the last day of the organization’s four-day pre-consultation meeting in Ottawa on the federal government’s upcoming national inquiry on missing and murdered Indigenous women. By design, the meeting did not follow a rigid agenda, and participants were free to talk about whatever they wanted at any time.
