Photo: Inuksuk cooks learn to serve up the food

Laura Churchill, 15, adds some zesty lime juice to her homemade salsa during her weekly skills cooking club at Inuksuk High School in Iqaluit. The group of teens meet every Friday afternoon in the school cafeteria to tackle a new dish under the helpful eye of Skills Nunavut volunteer cooking instructor Aaron Watson.
