Iqaluit Mayor Madeleine Redfern speaks to a city employee on the morning of Jan. 13 near the Iqaluit breakwater, where workers have been coping with floods in the area caused by a broken water main at Inuksuk High School. The break, which occurred at around midnight, saw the city’s reservoir drop by about 20 million litres in 20 minutes.
