Photo: Iqaluit’s local talent just keeps rockin’

Gideonie Joamie and his band Kamaalukutaat opened Alianait’s first concert of the year in Iqaluit to a packed hall Jan. 17 at Inuksuk High School. The Iqaluit band warmed up an audience of about 300 who came in from a -57 C windchill outside to catch the lead act, Saali and The Ravenhearts.
