The Iqaluit Ice midget hockey team poses at the TSN Sports Centre panel desk in Scarborough, Ont. Jan. 10. The team visited Scarborough last week for a tournament with nine other teams and ended up finishing second. The Iqaluit Ice were featured on CTV Toronto’s local news show Jan. 10 and were invited to visit the TSN studio, located at the same complex as CTV Toronto, after a TSN employee ran into the team at a Mr. Sub outlet. The boys also ran into former Chicago Blackhawk player Jamal Mayers at a Starbucks. The Iqaluit Ice were to return to Iqaluit Jan. 13. (PHOTO COURTESY OF THE IQALUIT ICE)
