A ditch fills with melting snow water May 1 along the side of Iqaluit’s Road to Nowhere. At an April 30 Iqaluit city council meeting, Coun. Mark Morrissey asked for the poor drainage issues on Iqaluit’s Road to Nowhere be dealt with.
