On Sept. 26, Nunavummiut can participate in the “Read for 15 Challenge.” To enter the contest you can read a book, magazine, comic book or website. Just read for 15 minutes at home, school or work and then, if you’re in Iqaluit, call the library at 979-5400 by Sept. 27 at 8 p.m. to report the number of people in your household who read for 15 minutes. On Sept. 29, Kids in Grade 3 and up can come to Iqaluit’s library and take a new book home with them.
