Life in a wheelchair is twice as hard, says Johnny Ittinuar of Rankin Inlet who has been a paraplegic since he broke his back in a car accident 19 years ago. Ittinuar, along with about 50 others, is attending a Nunavummi Disabilities Makinnasuaqtiit Society workshop to help identify the needs of Nunavummiut living with disabilities.
