Meet Tunu Napartuk, the new mayor of Kuujjuaq. Until the Nov. 7 election, Napartuk was working as the Northern Village of Kuujjuaq’s bylaw officer. Napartuk, who speaks Inuttitut, French and English fluently, previously worked for the Kativik Regional Government as its recreation director.
