Photo: MCH hosts Inuktitut classes

This is the Montreal Children's Hospital, which has been home to Inuktitut language courses since last fall. Local health care professionals
who work with Nunavimmiut helped to organize the classes, which are taught two nights a week by instructor Georges Filotas, a former general manager with the Fédération des coopératives du Nouveau-Québec. Now in their second run this spring, the language classes have attracted other Montreal-based staff of different Nunavik organizations, and some Montrealers who are just curious to learn about a new language and culture.
