NDP Leader Thomas Mulcair, in Iqaluit for a visit Sept. 29, drops by Sylvia Grinnell Territorial Park for an ATV ride with Nunavut NDP candidate Jack Anawak and several supporters. Mulcair, according to recent news reports, plans to spend more money on the Nutrition North food subsidy in an effort to fix some of shortcomings. Mulcair is planning to visit the Iqaluit Northmart today, presumably to talk about the high cost of food in Nunavut, and is also expected at a community feast at Nakasuk school at 6:30 p.m. (PHOTO BY STEVE DUCHARME)
