Photo: Northern Health Forum kicks off in Quebec City

Quebec’s minister responsible for Aboriginal affairs, Geoffrey Kelley, kicks off the 2016 Northern Health Forum June 16 at Université Laval in Quebec City by telling the crowd about a ground-breaking ceremony which he was a part of June 14 in Kuujjuaraapik for a new multi-purpose venue. The Northern Health Forum is a one-day event that will cover a whole host of health issues — from the benefits of berries and northern plants to diabetes, tuberculosis and housing in the North.
