By about 9:50 a.m., Iqaluit firefighters appeared to have contained the fire that had raged at the Northmart building earlier in the morning. However, flames could once again be seen rising from the building shortly before noon. See nunatsiaq.com for updates. (PHOTO BY SARAH ROGERS)
