Natashia Allakariallak, left, and Christine Tootoo, both recent graduates of Nunavut Sivuniksavut college in Ottawa, performed May 24 at Inuksuk High School in Iqaluit as the opening act for an Alianait concert featuring Lynn Miles and Keith Glass. The two girls delivered a versatile set of traditional Inuit and contemporary songs and joked to the full house at the end of their act that they were in the market for summer jobs.
