Nunavut Sivuniksavut students Christine Tootoo (left) and Savannah Angnaluak (right) throat sing May 13 in Ottawa when the Ottawa-based college program for Nunavut Inuit held its graduation ceremonies. It’s the 28th graduation at NS, which saw the largest group of students ever complete the program, 27 first-year students and eight second-year students.
