Some of the 16 first-year Nunavut Sivuniksavut students now in Norway soak up the sun along Oslo’s waterfront. On April 27 they began a 12-day cross-cultural visit with the Saami of northern Norway. After wrapping up their stay in Oslo, where they visited the Norwegian parliament and the Fram Museum, devoted to Norway’s history of Arctic exploration, they’ll head north, first to Tromsø, and then to Karasjok and Kautokeino.
