Sgt. Ned Adams Gordon of the Aupaluk Junior Canadian Rangers patrol in Auckland, New Zealand last month, where he took part in Ex CADET150, an event held to celebrate the 150th anniversary of the New Zealand Cadet Forces. Gordon was the only Junior Canadian Ranger to participate in the gathering. He got to spend a week taking part in various sports and cultural activities, including hiking Mount Tongariro and a demanding day-long trek on the Tongariro National Park volcanic plateau.
