Photo: Nunavik rangers prepare for fall exercise

While their annual training exercise usually takes place on the land in winter, the Kuujjuaq Canadian Rangers patrol are preparing instead to train in the fall this year. Rangers from that Nunavik community, seen here recently, prior to their departure, will ply the Koksoak River by boat for marine orientation and cold water immersion exercises, along with other skills training.
