Photo: Nunavik students head to Quebec to kayak training

A group of students from Iguarsivik School in Puvirnituq travelled to Grenville-sur-la-Rouge, Que., on the Ottawa River, from Sept. 7 to Sept. 14 for a kayak training camp with Greenland kayak champion Maligiaq Padilla. The trip was made possible with the support from Makivik Corp., through the Ungaluk program, as well as Air Inuit, the Kativik School Board and student fundraising.
