Youth from Puvirnituq donned bathing suits and honed their skills in traditional Greenland kayaking recently under the guidance of kayak master Maligiaq Padilla in Grenville-sur-la-Rouge, Que., a training camp made possible with support from Makivik, Air Inuit, the Kativik School Board and student fundraising efforts.
