Eight youth — Aloupa Grey-Eetook, Lisi Tulugak, Ashley Tukkiapik, Josie-Sam Kumarluk, Sandy Tooma, Nathan Annanack, Putulik Papigatuk and Annie Mark — are touring Quebec City this week as part of Nunavik’s Pivallianiq program, which selected them as ambassadors for the region.
