Connie Qaunaq-Burke sits behind the desk at the Nunavik Sivunitsavut office space in Montreal, where she works as an administrative assistant. Qaunaq-Burke, originally from Arctic Bay, graduated from the Ottawa-based Nunavut Sivuniksavut program in 2009.
