Makivik Corp. president Jobie Tukkiapik, pictured here in 2014, hung onto his job Jan. 15 when he was re-elected to a second term as head of Nunavik Inuit’s birthright organization. Tukkiapik won with 51 per cent support, maintaining a 700 vote lead over second place candidate Jobie Epoo, while Robbie Watt finished third.
