Photo: Nunavut art hits the road

Here are a just a few of the nearly 8,000 Nunavut artifacts now en route from Yellowknife’s Prince of Wales Northern Heritage Centre to their new home at the Winnipeg Art Gallery. The artifacts are moving under a loan agreement with the Government of Nunavut and the WAG, which currently holds the largest public collection of Inuit art in the world.
