This year’s edition of the Nunavut Arts Festival kicked off Aug. 19 at Cambridge Bay’s community hall. The 15th annual edition of the festival runs til Aug. 26, offering demonstrations, workshops and seminars to Nunavummiut artists, with a special focus on developing a mentor-mentee system for the territory’s future generation of artists.
