Photo: Nunavut government closes Iqaluit courthouse, issues emergency bulletin

A barricade blocks an entrance to the Iqaluit courthouse, which closed on the morning of May 7, but reopened early in the afternoon after police removed a suspicious package. When the lockdown was in effect, the courthouse was evacuated and blockades set up within the 500 block where the courthouse is located.
