Photo: Nunavut’s judoka win big in Montreal

A member of Nunavut Judo competes in Montreal at the Montreal Cup Judo Tournament at the Centre Sportifs Côte-des-Neiges held March 12 and March 13. While most Nunavut residents were consumed by the Arctic Winter Games event that week, Nunavut’s young judoka won eight medals and two trophies at the Montreal tournament: two bronze medals, four silver medals, two gold medals and two trophies.
