Residents of Kugluktuk rise to their feet to applaud their MLA, Nunavut Premier Peter Taptuna, at the Kugluktuk recreational complex Feb. 19. Taptuna and all other MLAs and cabinet ministers are holding a full caucus retreat in Kugluktuk this week to reach agreement, behind closed doors, on a new mandate statement for the government.
