As of mid-morning Nov. 15, Nunavut MLAs were listening to premiership nominees Paul Okalik, Paul Quassa and Peter Taptuna make their pitches to MLAs in 20-minutes speeches, followed by questions from MLAs not standing for the premier position. George Qulaut of Igloolik, who will serve as speaker of the fourth assembly, is chairing the gathering. In the afternoon of Nov. 15, MLAs will choose the rest of the cabinet.
