Photo: Painting on snow starts Youth Arts Week in Iqaluit!

These girls join in the fun during the first event of Youth Arts Week in Iqaluit which took place in the Nakasuk elementary school parking lot: snow painting. Kids used cartons filled with juice to paint in the snow using stencils of stars, inukshuks, hearts and lightening bolts. Youth Arts Week events continue in Iqaluit until May 7.
