Here’s Prime Minister Stephen Harper on his last visit to Iqaluit, nearly one year ago, on Aug. 25, 2014, when he wound up his northern summer tour that year with a visit to Nakasuk School to play floor hockey at a youth recreation promotion sponsored by Canadian Tire Corp. and attended by three Canadian Olympian athletes.
