Qulliq Energy Corp. employees in Rankin Inlet were among 140 workers territory-wide to take to the picket lines July 16, the first day of a strike called by the Nunavut Employees Union. During the strike, some of the QEC’s offices will remain closed to the public, although the corporation said July 16 that it will continue to provide and maintain regular services.
