Brigadier-General Jean-Marc Lanthier, commander of the Canadian Armed Forces’ Land Force Quebec Area and Joint Task Force, arrived in Kuujjuaq March 29. Lanthier and his colleagues were welcomed by the Kuujjuaq Rangers patrol’s guard of honor, led by Sergeant Simeonie Berthe (at far left).
