Sheila Fraser, the much-celebrated former auditor general of Canada, speaks at the NS @30 conference April 28, held at the Hilton Lac Leamy Hotel in Gatineau, Que. to celebrate the 30th anniversary of Nunavut Sivuniksavut. Fraser said education has an essential role to play in dispelling the ignorance in which racism towards Aboriginal people is rooted.
