A romantic wedding on the tundra. Nataq Levi (right), a justice of the peace from Arctic Bay, conducts a wedding service for Dr. Lisa Ramshaw (centre), a psychiatrist from Toronto who has visited Arctic Bay twice a year for more than a decade, and David Miller, a Toronto architect. The couple married at a popular fishing lake about 100 to 150 kilometres south of Arctic Bay during the annual Victoria Day fishing derby.
