Elisapie Isaac, Salluit's first lady of song, sings to an appreciative audience outside Montreal's downtown Place des Arts centre Feb. 26 during a free concert as part of the Montréal en Lumière festival. The festival, which runs from mid-February to March 1, is one of the largest winter festivals in the world, according to its website. With art, dance, music and circus performances as well as food and wine elements on offer, the festival claims more than 1.3 million visits during its two week duration.
