Photo: Shack burns out in Iqaluit

Here’s the burned-out remains of a two-year-old residential shack that Iqaluit resident Joe Teemotee was allowed to erect on the back part of the lot occupied by the Arnakallak Building, which once housed the Iqaluit courthouse. Police have detained a “person from Iqaluit” but have not announced any charges. Read more on Nunatsiaqonline.ca. (PHOTO BY JIM BELL)
