Tarniriik, or “Two Souls,” the young Inuit throatsinging duo who won the country’s hearts during the prime minister’s November swearing-in ceremony at Rideau Hall, perform at the Summer Solstice Aboriginal Arts festival June 18 in Ottawa. They are Samantha Kigutaq-Metcalfe, left, and Cailyn DeGrandpre.
