Snow men, women and children arriving in Cambridge Bay this winter will be happy to know they are welcome in that Kitikmeot town. While Kivalliq residents bask in unseasonably mild temperatures, western Nunavut is well into normal winter weather with highs and lows ranging from minus 20 C to minus 30 C.
