Kids in Grise Fiord have a lot to be happy about this week, after receiving $5,000 worth of new sporting equipment. Basketballs, badminton sets, volleyballs, nets, frisbees, jerseys, skipping ropes and more arrived in Nunavut's more northern community thanks to the Forzani Group and First Air Ltd., which provided the air transportation. Cst. Steve Huff and Cst. Ian Allen delivered the items to Umimmak School and Hamlet of Grise Fiord on Oct. 25.
