A stand-off between police and an “emotionally-disturbed man” closed down areas of Cambridge Bay around Okpik St. April 11, seen here in the early hours of the morning. Sources in Cambridge Bay say a bylaw vehicle blocked one end of the street, while a hamlet vehicle blocked the other end of the street. Two RCMP trucks were also on the site.
