Photo: Step lightly! Kuujjuaq workshop teaches kids step-dancing

Kuujjuaq youngsters get a chance to learn step-dancing during after-school workshops at the youth centre put on by the Searson Band sisters. The sisters then invited their students to put on a performance Dec. 4 at Pitakallak School. Three different groups got an opportunity to perform — those seven and under, those eight and up and a group of beginners who wanted to try it out.
