This SUV collided with a vehicle belonging to the Kativik Regional Police Force at a four-way stop in Kuujjuaq near the Kuujjuaq Forum June 16. “During the evening of June 16, a Kativik Regional Police Force vehicle was involved in a road accident with another vehicle. No one was injured. An investigation is ongoing,” said the Kativik Regional Government in a June 18 statement, later adding that “an individual was arrested and released afterward.” Eyewitnesses said the vehicle, which was pulling a boat, pushed the police truck several metres.
