Kuujjuaq’s most famous bush pilot Johnny May with the Jolly Old Elf himself prepare to take flight prior to last year’s 2014 candy drop over Kuujjuaq in northern Quebec. Bad weather prevented May from heading out on Christmas Day this year, as he’s done for the past 50 years, so the candy drop was postponed to today, Dec. 29.
