Inukjuak's Charlotte Aculiak will serve as Team Nunavik-Québec's flag bearer for the 2016 Arctic Winter Games in Nuuk, Greenland. The announcement was made during the team's pep rally in Kuujjuaq March 3. Ten-year Arctic Winter Games veteran Aculiak earned a bronze medal — or ulu — in Table Tennis doubles at the 2014 games in Fairbanks, Alaska. In the coming days, 56 Team Nunavik-Québec athletes will make their way to Greenland, along with cultural delegates, coaches, and mission staff. The 2016 Arctic Winter Games are set to begin March 6.
