Photo: The Amazing Race visits Nunavut

Iqaluit fans of the CTV television show, the Amazing Race, dress up in Nunavut colours Aug. 26 to watch the show and enjoy a Nunavut-themed potluck supper, which included caribou, Arctic char and a Nunavut-flag decorated cake. On Aug. 26, the Amazing Race, dedicated a full hour to Nunavut’s capital. In the show, competitors work in pairs to complete tasks, and the last team to cross the finish line at a certain location gets kicked out of the competition.
