Maggie Emudluk, the chair of the Kativik Regional Government and Jobie Tukkiapik, the president of Makivik Corp., make a final presentation Dec. 15 to Quebec’s Bureau d’audiences publiques sur l’environnement, or BAPE, the non-governmental agency hosting hearings across the province on uranium development.
