Rankin Inlet actress Ippiksaut Friesen is featured here in a scene from the Iqaluit-produced short film “Throat Song,” which will see its Nunavut premiere March 8. The 17-minute film, produced by Stacey Aglok MacDonald, will be screened at Iqaluit’s Astro Theatre tonight at 5:30 p.m., along with another Nunavut short film “The Dimming” and other clips of Nunavut-produced films and television.
